How to store my Anemoii Jewellery?

Keep your precious jewellery in the Anemoii air-tight bag which you will receive with the product or you can also store it in an air-tight pouch of your choice.

Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfumes, harsh chemicals, sanitisers & hair sprays
Avoid excessive force. Treat your precious pieces with love and gentleness
Avoid excessively humid environments. Keep your jewellery in dry places

Use a drop of a gentle soap and clean it with lukewarm water.

What is the warranty period?

We offer a Warranty of 1 Year for our jewellery items.

Do you offer repair services?

We offer Replacement services. We can replace the Moissanite Gemstone in case of any chipping at no additional cost. However, the free replacement is available for a year from the date of purchase.

Do you offer repolishing services?

Yes, We offer free repolishing services for sterling silver jewellery items. However, the repolishing services are available for a year from the date of purchase.
